Can you get my golden's exact color?
That is what the preview is for. Send a photo taken in daylight if you can, and mention the real shade in the special request note. If the color looks off, we revise it.
My golden has a grey face now. Can you show him younger?
Yes. Send an older photo from when his face was still gold, or keep the grey muzzle. Both are fine; just tell us which you prefer.
How do I get golden retriever hair off the rug?
Vacuum it regularly. For spots, use cool water and mild soap, gently hand-wash the surface and air-dry flat. No bleach, no ironing, no hot dryer.
Can you write the name all around the border, like Seventeen's?

Can I order a rug from a puppy photo?
