How long does it take?
You get the artwork within 24 hours. After you approve it, the rug arrives in about 2 weeks: 3–5 days to make, then usually 7–12 days of free tracked shipping.
What if I don't like the drawing?
Tell us what to change. Revisions are unlimited, and we only start making the rug after you say yes.
Which photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where the whole face is visible. Phone photos are fine.
Can I change something in the design?
Yes. Add it in the "Have a special request?" note when you create your rug: a different layout, a name all around, colors, small details. We will take it into account in the first draft and refine it with you.
Can I wash the rug? Will the print fade?
Vacuum it for everyday care. For deeper cleaning, gently hand-wash the surface with cool water and mild detergent and let it air-dry flat. Avoid bleach and very hot water to keep the colors bright. Packing creases? Iron them out, or leave something heavy on the rug for a while.
Can I return it?
Each rug is made just for you, so we can't take returns for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged or wrong, write to us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
