  4. Ask for changes, as many as you likeBigger ears, no collar, a different shade of pink. Revisions are unlimited and free.

Nothing is printed until you approve it. If the preview is not right yet, we keep adjusting. If your photo really will not work, we tell you before anything is made.

How long does it take?

The preview arrives within 24 hours. After you approve it, the rug takes 3 to 5 days to make, then 5 to 7 days to ship in the US or usually 7 to 12 days to other countries.

Will it look like my pet?

Yes, because it is drawn from your photo and you approve the design first. If something is off, tell us and we fix it.

What if I don't like the first preview?

Tell us what to change. Revisions are unlimited, and we only make the rug after you say yes.

Who draws the portrait?

Your portrait is created in our hand-drawn art style with digital tools, then reviewed by our team before it reaches your inbox. You see every detail and approve it before anything is made.

Can I order for a pet who has passed away?

Yes, and many people do. An older or slightly blurry photo is often fine. Read more on our memorial rug page.
