Every order also comes with a free phone wallpaper of your pet's portrait.

You place the order with your photo, and your design preview arrives within 24 hours. Nothing is made until you approve it, and you can ask for changes as many times as you need.

The preview arrives within 24 hours. After you approve it, the rug takes 3 to 5 days to make, then 5 to 7 days to ship in the US, or usually 7 to 12 days to other countries.

That is the whole point. Every portrait is drawn from your own photo, not picked from a breed template, so the markings, the ear that flops, the gray muzzle are all theirs. You see the design before anything is made and can ask us to adjust any detail.

A clear photo with the face toward the camera, taken in daylight, without filters. The whole face should be in the frame and the eyes in focus. Phone photos are perfect. Our photo guide shows examples.

Send your favorite anyway. If it won't give a good likeness, we tell you before anything is made and help you choose another one.

Yes, and many people do. Older or slightly blurry photos often work, and we can combine details from two photos. See our memorial rugs.

Tell us what to change: colors, layout, name, collar on or off, ear position. Revisions are unlimited and free, and we only make the rug after your yes.

Yes. Send a photo of each pet and mention it in the special request note when you order.

Absolutely. Cats are some of our favorite subjects, and most cats claim their rug quickly, then act like it was always theirs.

Yes. Add a name at the bottom, and if you like, a second line at the top, such as a nickname, years or a short phrase.

A soft, short velvet pile with your pet's portrait printed into it, on a non-slip TPR backing. The rug is thin and flexible, roughly a quarter inch thick. It is a printed rug with a soft, tufted look, not a hand-tufted rug.

No. The soft non-slip TPR backing grips wood, tile and laminate and is gentle on floors.

The edge is overlocked, so it doesn't unravel or shed. Straight out of the box you may see a few soft waves from packing; they settle after a short while on the floor.

Usually not. If you notice a hint of new fabric, it fades after a few hours of airing out.

24 in fits a cat or a small dog sitting fully inside the circle, 32 in suits most medium and large dogs, and 40 in gives big dogs room to sprawl. See sizes and care.

Vacuum regularly. Wipe spots with a damp cloth and a little mild soap. For a deeper clean, the rug is washable in water: gently hand-wash it in cool water with mild detergent and dry it flat. We don't recommend the washing machine or the dryer, which can bend the backing and fade the print. No bleach, no ironing.

We ship free, with tracking, to the US, Canada, most of Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Delivery takes 5 to 7 days in the US and usually 7 to 12 days to other countries. Prices in Europe and Australia include VAT or GST, and import duties are prepaid, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout. The preview and emails come to you, so the surprise stays safe. Add a gift message in the order note and we will include it with the rug.

Every rug is made just for you, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged or not as approved, write to us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
