We offer free shipping within the US and worldwide on all orders.
No minimum purchase required.
All prices shown on our website include applicable taxes and duties, so there are no additional fees upon delivery.
Production Time
Each rug is made to order using a custom hand-drawn portrait of your pet.
After you approve the design preview, production typically takes 4–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
During peak seasons or holidays, production times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once production is complete, your order is shipped directly to your address.
Estimated shipping times:
US: 6–12 days
International orders: 7–14 days, depending on destination
Estimated Total Delivery Time
After design approval, orders typically arrive within 2–3 weeks, including production and shipping.
Please note that the total delivery time does not include the time spent on design revisions prior to approval.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.
